Shipping Locations

We offer delivery services across all pin codes within India. At present, we do not support or provide shipment options to locations outside the country.

Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days (excluding national holidays and weekends) from the moment your order is successfully confirmed.

Once your order has been processed, a detailed confirmation email containing all relevant information will be sent to you.

Delivery Timeline

Our regular delivery services take approximately 3–8 business days, allowing us to ensure that your selected fashion items reach you efficiently.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an inaccurate address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be sent back to our warehouse. Customers may request that the item be shipped again.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your product arrives in damaged condition, kindly get in touch with our support team within 48 hours of receipt and provide clear photographic proof.

For shipments that go missing during transit, a replacement or refund will be arranged after confirmation from the courier service.
